    Jeff Berry

Jeff and his wife Jana were married in 2005. They are raising their two boys, Ivan and Gavin on their cattle ranch south of Salol. On the ranch they are trying to teach the boys the value of hard work and of most importance, to love the Lord! Jeff asked the Lord into his heart at the age of 15 when a crisis hit his family. Through that crisis he learned at a young age that God is good, and that life is too hard to go on without Him!

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. - Proverbs 3:5-6

    Jim Christianson

Jim and Kayla both grew up in Frazee, Minnesota, and started dating in high school. They got married not long after and moved to Fargo, ND, where Jim went to college. While in Fargo, they got deeply involved in their church and small group, even helping plant a sister church with the goal of reaching every part of the city. It was a special time of growth and connection.

In 2017, they moved to Warroad to raise their two kids—and since then, their family has grown to six! Along the way, they’ve added a dog, a bunny, and eight chickens to the mix. They’ve built a home, found a church family they love, and settled into the community.

Jim works at Marvin, and Kayla stays home with the kids. They’re passionate about living out their faith—being active in the world while staying rooted in Christ. Their hope is to be a positive influence and raise their kids with a strong faith that will carry them through life. When they’re not working or chasing chickens, you’ll find them fishing or walking the trails in Beltrami with their kids and pup.

    Steve Daniels

Originally from Warroad, Steve felt the call to ministry while living in the Twin Cities, and moved up to Bemdji, MN to finish his degree in Pastoral Ministry from Oak Hills Christian College. After graduating, Steve and Tiffany moved back to Warroad to start their family.

Steve started his ministry in Warroad and grew in his love for preaching and teaching the Word of God at the Union Congregational Church, and then at the Warroad Baptist Church, during which time he also finished his graduate studies at Crown College.

Aside from work and ministry, Steve loves to spend time on the lake with his wife and five beautiful children. He also loves to show his children no mercy in Mario Kart.

    Josh Emmel

Originially from Clearbrook MN, Josh moved to Warroad in 2022 to start a business with a friend in the community. Prior to moving to Warroad, Josh and his family were living in Kenmare, ND where he was serving as the Senior Pastor at Kenmare Baptist Church.

Josh was called to ministry late in high school and went to Oak Hills Christian College in Bemidji, MN. It was during his time at OHCC that he began to love studying and teaching the Bible.

After OHCC, pursuing a deeper understanding of God’s Word, he went to the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He has served in a number of pastoral roles since 2009.

When he is not talking with farmers about their grain storage needs or preparing a sermon, Josh enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Kari and their four wonderful kids. Especially riding 4-wheelers and snowmobiles in the Beltrami State Forest.
